Shatzer- WoD Combat introduces weapon speed into the game. It effects your initiatives, and with more clumsy weapons, your attack roll. Certian weapons, such as the three-section-staff, also effect your movement, since you can't really run around and perform a lot of the weapon manuvers expected from such a weapon.
The Chain Saw: -1 Init -1 Attack STR+5 Damage. Not concealable. May also scare the bejesus out of things.
