The thing is Jeremy, your are a high born noble, you would not be punished or rewarded for killing a lesser-standing drow. It would be seen as you eliminating a lame beast of burden that just needed to be put out of its misery. Also, you are going to have to be pretty creative on your backstory as to why your character is still alive with the grotesque facial scaring. If you were born that way, you would have been sactifised immediately.
